None of our customers will receive additional charges on any of the work we carry out, such as boiler repairs
boiler services or new heating system installations.
New Heating System Installations
All new heating system installations are subject to a fixed price quote by one of our surveyors.
Fixed price quotes are fixed so no additional charges are to be expected once agreed upon a price.
Our price for boiler services is fixed
There may be a call out fee to repair a boiler. If so, we will always inform and agree with the customer the price
for the callout fee and when we give a quote to repair a boiler we will inform the customer of the price of the repair prior to commencing the work.
Said price will also be fixed.
There is nopenalty for cancellation of any of our services as long as we’re informed of the cancellation with 24 hours notice. We will always refund any payments made to our company when you inform us of a cancellation. In the case we’re not informed within 24 hours notice we reserve the right to charge a call out fee if the employee has arrived at the address or is on the way to the address. Wherever possible we will aim to reschedule the work after speaking with the customer and will only resort to charging a call out fee if it is entirely necessary and we will always speak to the customer about it.
In the case a customer has signed an agreement with us to carry out work that includes a contract such as agreeing to payment of that work by using credit, the customer will always be entitled to rescind said contract. We will always aim to aid the customer in how to proceed and refund any deposits or payments the customer has made to John Wilkinson Heating Services LTD.
